All products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. All sales are generally final once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Damages and issues

please inspect your order immediately. If you can't access the file, receive a corrupted file, or got the wrong product, contact us at heylowgox@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it or offer a refund if appropriate.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, accidentally buying the wrong product after access, dissatisfaction with the content, or lack of expected results.

Exchanges

we do not offer exchanges. If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, contact us before downloading, and we'll review your request.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

if you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a right to withdraw within 14 days, but by accessing or downloading the digital content immediately, you acknowledge the start of delivery and may lose that right where permitted by applicable law.

 Refunds

if a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
